While remote work, especially in IT, is becoming the norm, most clients tend to look for employees working in their local marketplaces. In fact, the truth of the matter is that the vast majority of all roles given to recruiters are only for people who already possess the legal right to work in a given location and are aimed at mid-to-senior, senior, and expert candidates. Nevertheless, we have and attempt to cultivate opportunities that are pure remote, that offer relocation, and that are open to junior candidates, even fresh graduates and students. Some of our associates even offer job search services to candidates from anywhere.
